Air International has in-house capability to create prototype ducts, housings and other components, allowing engineers to bench test components quickly as part of sub-systems or complete modules.

Our global engineering capability encompasses design, simulations, component and systems testing in vehicles.

Our engineering centers have many overlapping capabilities, so we are literally at work around the clock. For instance, a duct prototype needed in the U.S. can be CAD designed in Australia during U.S. overnight hours, and when the files are ready, sent securely via the Internet and created by fused deposition modeling on site without delay.
